2. Eligibility and Account Creation
2.1 Age Requirement

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or other restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2.4 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. The Company cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [EMAIL_SUPPORT] ← À REMPLIR if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3. User Conduct and Community Rules
3.1 General Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to behave in a respectful manner towards other users and Platform staff. You agree not to:

- Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- Publish or share content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or offensive;
- Spread misinformation, impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Intentionally disrupt or sabotage matches (e.g. team-killing, griefing, leaving matches deliberately — "match abandonment");
- Use any form of cheating software, hacks, exploits, macros, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools that provide an unfair competitive advantage;
- Attempt to interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform (e.g. DDoS attacks, server flooding, SQL injection);
- Promote or advertise external services, websites, or products without prior written authorisation from the Company;
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.
3.2 Chat Rules
The homepage chat is a public space moderated by automated filters and human moderators. The following are prohibited in the chat:

- Spam, repeated messages, and flooding;
- Sharing personal information about other users without their consent (doxxing);
- Links to harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
3.3 Reporting
You may report another user for breach of these Community Rules using the in-Platform reporting feature. False or malicious reports made in bad faith may themselves result in sanctions. We review reports on a best-efforts basis but do not guarantee a specific response time or outcome.
4. Moderation and Sanctions
4.1 Enforcement
The Company reserves the right to investigate any reported breach of these Terms and to take appropriate action, at its sole discretion, including:
| Sanction | Description |
|---|---|
| Chat mute | Temporary or permanent removal of the ability to participate in the Platform chat |
| Temporary ban (kick) | Temporary suspension of access to matchmaking and Platform services |
| Permanent ban | Permanent termination of your account and access to all Platform services |
The severity of the sanction applied will generally be proportionate to the nature and gravity of the breach, though the Company reserves the right to apply a permanent ban immediately for severe violations (e.g. use of cheating software, hate speech, threats of violence).
4.2 VAC Ban Policy
Users whose Steam account holds an active VAC ban are not eligible to use the matchmaking service. VAC ban status is verified automatically via the Steam API upon login. This restriction applies regardless of the game associated with the VAC ban.
4.3 Appeals
If you believe a sanction has been applied incorrectly, you may appeal by contacting us at [EMAIL_SUPPORT] ← À REMPLIR within 14 days of the sanction being applied. The Company's decision following an appeal is final.
4.4 Effect of Ban on Paid Services
In the event of a permanent ban resulting from a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for:
- Any remaining active subscription period;
- Any FragCoins held in your account at the time of the ban.
You acknowledge and accept this condition by accepting these Terms.
5. Ranking System
The Platform uses the Glicko-2 rating system to determine each player's competitive rank. Rankings are calculated automatically based on match outcomes. You acknowledge that:
- The ranking algorithm is applied automatically and consistently;
- Rank adjustments resulting from the outcome of matches are final;
- The Company reserves the right to modify the ranking algorithm, perform rank resets, or adjust ratings as part of seasonal resets or technical corrections, with reasonable notice where possible.
6. FragCoins (Virtual Currency)
6.1 Nature of FragCoins
FragCoins are a virtual currency usable exclusively within the Platform. They have no monetary value outside of the Platform and are not legal tender, electronic money, or a financial instrument.
FragCoins can be obtained:
- By purchasing them directly on the Platform using real money via the available payment methods;
- By earning them through gameplay activity and events on the Platform (free acquisition).
6.2 Non-Exchangeability and Non-Refundability
FragCoins cannot be:
- Converted back into real money under any circumstances;
- Transferred to another user's account;
- Refunded, including in the event of account suspension, termination, or ban.
You expressly acknowledge and accept these conditions before any FragCoin purchase.
6.3 Expiry
FragCoins do not expire as long as your account remains active. In the event of account deletion at your request, any remaining FragCoin balance will be permanently forfeited. No compensation will be provided.
6.4 Modification of FragCoin Services
The Company reserves the right to modify the list of services and items available for purchase with FragCoins, and to adjust their FragCoin price, at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Paid Subscription — [SITE_NAME] Premium
7.1 Description
[SITE_NAME] Premium ("Subscription") is a paid monthly plan that unlocks additional features on the Platform, including but not limited to: [LIST_OF_PREMIUM_FEATURES] ← À REMPLIR
7.2 Price and Billing
The Subscription price is [PRICE] ← À REMPLIR per month (all taxes included / VAT included as applicable).
Billing occurs on a monthly basis from the date of initial subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
7.3 Right of Withdrawal — Waiver
Under French consumer law (Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases.
However, pursuant to Article L.221-28 (13°), this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or services where execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By confirming your Subscription purchase, you expressly:
- Request the immediate commencement of the Subscription service;
- Acknowledge and accept that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the Subscription is activated and the Premium features become accessible to you.
This waiver is recorded at the time of purchase and constitutes your legally binding consent.
7.4 Non-Refundability
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, in accordance with the waiver described in Section 7.3. This includes cases of:
- Voluntary cancellation mid-period;
- Account suspension or permanent ban resulting from a violation of these Terms.
Refunds may be granted at the Company's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. documented technical failure preventing access to the service for an extended period).
7.5 Automatic Renewal
The Subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period unless cancelled. You will be notified by email at least [X] ← À REMPLIR days before each renewal. You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [EMAIL_SUPPORT] ← À REMPLIR.

- [OTHER_PAYMENT_PROVIDER] ← À REMPLIR
All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider. The Company does not store credit card or bank account details. You warrant that you are the authorised holder of any payment method used.

All content on the Platform — including designs, logos, texts, graphics, software, databases, and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of [COMPANY_NAME] ← À REMPLIR or its licensors, and is protected under French and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
9.2 User-Generated Content
By posting content on the Platform (including chat messages and reports), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and ensuring compliance with these Terms.
You represent that any content you post does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of rank, or loss of FragCoins.
The Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 Third-Party Services
The Company is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party services used on the Platform (including Steam, PayPal, Render, Hetzner, or other hosting/service providers). Any issues with authentication via Steam or payment processing must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
11.3 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, Valve server failures, or governmental actions.
12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [EMAIL_SUPPORT] ← À REMPLIR. Upon account closure, all your data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

13.3 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those of [VILLE_SIÈGE_SOCIAL] ← À REMPLIR, unless mandatory provisions of consumer law provide otherwise (e.g. the right of a consumer to bring proceedings in their country of residence).
14. Modification of These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least [X] ← À REMPLIR days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or representations.
